Good performance, bad design, January 16, 2011 - By  Scott Jenson (Palo Alto, CA)    Every *single* button press on the oven panel is delayed by 1/2 a second. You keep thinking the unit isn't turned on but it's just slow! You'd think a $3000 oven would be able to respond to button presses.I even called the support department and asked about anything I could do to help the situation.A very nice woman that worked for Bosch explained that this is a common complaint, she unfortuantely had no suggestions. As the unit is already installed in my home and is basically working, it's a bit hard to return at this point so I'll just live with it but I wanted others to know about these unfortunate design flaws.
