It does not cook evenly, the timer is a pain in the a** to use...you have to hit timer then hold the button to count down from 59minutes. To make the timer quiet you have to hit the minute or hour button once...if you hit it more than once the time on your clock gets messed up.This oven is in a house that my husband and I just bought...I am looking to replace it ASAP. I tried baking my Christmas cookies in it and they are burnt on the bottom and white on top...I put the cookies in my convection oven microwave and they cook beautifully. The temperature fluctuates GREATLY with this oven. Also, it doesn't tell you when it is preheated...there is just a red light that goes on and off when the heating element kicks in.half of the baking pans I had don't fit in this oven. A turkey pan SQUEEZES in.you can only cook with food on one rack, you can't use 2...it will cook horrible, even if you rotate and switch the pans.
